How Uber put us in the driving seat to spark riders' interest in re-exploring their cities.

Uber’s story has been told many times before in the media, but most often without any comment from Uber itself. After six years in Switzerland, it was now time for Uber to tell their own story, and they chose Buzz Brothers to support them.

Our Mission

Uber’s brand connection with riders needed refuelling and our specific role was to drive up an emotional relationship and rebuild trust amongst existing and new riders to inspire them to ride more.

Uber Explore

Uber is renowned for taking people home. We wanted to break this transactional routine and create genuine excitement in their riders to explore, experience, and expect the unexpected at anytime of the day.

 

Every city has much more to offer than we think, and there is never a better time to get out and re-explore.

Experience led campaign

We steered the experience-led integrated campaign, which lived across social, digital, influence, and outdoor. We selected iconic locations in key Swiss cities, and transformed them to inspire riders to re-explore them.

A STRONG INFLUENCE

We were responsible for the influencer outreach campaign, managing 19 Influencers, with a total of 2M followers.

We invited them to “re-explore their cities with Uber” and ask their audiences to vote for their favourite experiences.
